This project involved the complete renovation of a bathroom within a residential property in Surrey, creating a calm, refined space focused on comfort, proportion and quality finishes.
The brief was to deliver a contemporary bathroom that felt timeless rather than trend-led, with careful attention paid to layout, materials and lighting. The finished space balances practicality with a strong sense of design, resulting in a bathroom that feels considered and well executed.

Our Approach
Braybrook Construction managed the renovation from strip-out through to final installation, coordinating each stage to ensure a clean and cohesive result.
The layout was carefully planned to make best use of the available space, with the freestanding bath positioned to take advantage of natural light. Bespoke cabinetry and a double vanity were incorporated to provide practical storage while maintaining a clean visual line.
Material choices were kept deliberately simple, allowing detailing, proportions and workmanship to define the space rather than overly decorative elements.
