Project Overview
This project focused on the design and construction of bespoke internal joinery throughout a residential property in Surrey, including fitted wardrobes, hallway panelling and built-in storage.
The aim was to improve functionality while enhancing the architectural character of the interior. Every element was carefully detailed to feel integrated with the property rather than added on, resulting in a cohesive and well-balanced finish across multiple spaces.
The Brief
The client wanted to make better use of internal space while elevating the overall look and feel of key areas within the home. The brief included:
Bespoke fitted wardrobes designed around the room layout
Purpose-built storage suitable for everyday use
Hallway panelling and detailing to add character
A consistent finish that tied rooms together visually
Our Approach
Braybrook Construction managed the internal works from initial preparation through to final installation, coordinating joinery, finishes and detailing to ensure a consistent result.
All fitted elements were designed specifically for the spaces they occupied, allowing storage to be maximised without compromising proportion or circulation. Hallway areas were enhanced through traditional-style panelling and careful detailing, helping to define the space and improve flow between rooms.
Colour, materials and profiles were kept consistent to ensure the finished work felt calm, intentional and well integrated with the existing property.
The Result
The completed works significantly improved both the functionality and appearance of the interior. Storage was increased without clutter, circulation spaces were given greater presence, and the overall finish of the home was elevated through carefully executed joinery.
This project demonstrates Braybrook Construction’s experience in delivering bespoke internal building work where precision, coordination and attention to detail are essential.
